Terms of Service

Welcome to Agroscape Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our digital Academy masterclasses, and our Done-For-You (DFY) Landscape Engineering Blueprint services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Agroscape Lab, including but not nil to video lectures, course materials, PDF guides, technical blueprints, AI concepts, and botanical methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of Agroscape Lab and Dr. Andreas Papastavrou.

• Academy Students: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not share your login credentials, download videos, or distribute course materials.
• DFY Clients: The custom blueprint delivered to you is licensed solely for the construction of the specific property addressed in your intake form. You may not resell the blueprint or use it for multiple commercial real estate developments without a separate licensing agreement.

2. Digital Academy Guidelines

We reserve the right to monitor account activity to prevent credential sharing and IP theft. If our security systems detect multiple simultaneous logins from geographically distant IP addresses, your account may be suspended pending investigation. "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the specific course product; as long as the course is hosted on our servers, you will have access to it.

3. DFY Blueprint Services & Construction Liability

Our DFY Blueprint service bridges the gap between botanical science and landscape design. However, as an international remote service, certain limitations apply:

• Not a Substitute for Local Permitting: Agroscape Lab provides engineering-grade conceptual and technical plans. However, we are not licensed local contractors or civil engineers in your specific US State or municipality. Our blueprints do not include official municipal stamps (e.g., HOA approvals, city building permits).
• Contractor Execution: The physical construction, site safety, and compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and underground utility regulations (e.g., calling 811 before digging in the US) are the sole responsibility of the property owner and their hired local contractors.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

By completing a purchase for either our Academy courses or DFY services, you explicitly agree to our comprehensive Refund Policy. All fees are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks and acknowledge the strict non-refundable nature of our DFY services once the engineering phase has commenced.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Agroscape Lab operates from the European Union (Greece). These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. However, we actively comply with international e-commerce standards (including US FTC guidelines) to protect our global clientele. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
