Return & Refund Policy

At Agroscape Lab, we are committed to providing exceptional digital education and high-level engineering services. Because our offerings are divided into digital knowledge products and bespoke (custom) services, our refund policies vary depending on the product you have purchased. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Digital Academy (Online Masterclasses)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your educational investment. Therefore, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all standalone digital courses and masterclasses, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date.
• You must have completed less than 30% of the course material. (Our system tracks video views and module completions to prevent intellectual property abuse).
• Once a refund is issued, your access to the course, private communities, and all downloadable materials will be immediately revoked.

2. Done-For-You (DFY) Blueprint Services

Our DFY Landscape Engineering Blueprints ($997 Flat Fee) are highly customized, labor-intensive services personally architected by Dr. Papastavrou. When you secure one of our limited monthly slots, you are purchasing our time, scientific expertise, and proprietary engineering workflow.

For this reason, the following strict refund policy applies to all DFY services:

• Before Intake Processing (Grace Period): If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment AND before you have submitted your Site Data Intake Form, we will issue a full refund minus a 5% transaction processing fee.
• After Intake Submission (No Refunds): Once you have submitted your site data and our engineering drafting phase has commenced, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take intellectual property theft and fraudulent disputes very seriously. By completing a purchase, you agree to adhere to this Refund Policy. If you have an issue with our service, you agree to contact us first at support@agroscapelab.com to seek a resolution.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without a valid legal reason, or in violation of this policy:

• Your account and access to all Agroscape Lab materials will be permanently terminated.
• We reserve the right to submit this policy, your IP address, your course progress logs, and digital delivery receipts to the bank as evidence of fulfillment.
• Chargeback fraud may be reported to relevant credit bureaus and authorities.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you haven't received it yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
